-Taste: Beautiful mouth slightly oily, with hints of greengage, small touches of vanilla with a light Woody.
Aging:
Amazing and delicious wine on the freshness, a little Minty with a zest of lemon and mango.
Accompaniment:
Poultry, fish, on a bar with fennel and artichokes to the thymi. cheeses from chevre.un rabbit jumped with thyme.
To be served between 10 and 12 °.
