Elegant matte yellow gold color with muted ocher hues. A silver disc, bronze. An average dye, bright and clear.
Nose:
Fresh luster, with aromas to the influence of vinegar style, coated with aromas of signing Savagnin ouch, flowery, white-fleshed fruit, exotic, slightly spicy
Taste:
A fresh attack, light apple skin tannin chard. The mid-palate is ample. A nice fruit basket of apples, plums, stewed pears, honey, lemon grass, almost sweetness. A superb final.
Note:
Rare Wine style which gives a letter of nobility sour. We are on a natural Savagnin, excellence, fine workmanship.
