-Taste: The attack is flexible - a lot of fat, large, tasty, elegant - well-balanced - acidity - fruity - very nice long finish
Aging:
Very fine wine makes the unanimity of the tasters because of its elegance, its power, its aromatic richness and which must however not yet reveal its full potential - to wait and to enjoy with friends.
Can aging indefinitely.
Accompaniment:
Cheese, white meat, shellfish, fish, fatty liver, dark chocolate, kitchens with cream and mushrooms, spicy curry or saffron kitchens.
Serve between 13 and 16 °
Can be kept "started" for several months at room temperature
