Wine Analysis
Tasting :
- Visual: Pale yellow dress with pink reflections - very shiny - limpid.
-Olfactive: Fresh and sustained and very complex nose, both floral and fruity, notes of red berries, spices, exotic citrus with a nice minerality on the finish.
-Taste: Fat mouth evolving on complex aromas identical to those of the nose-nice length in the mouth.
Aging :
Can age 10 years or more, but can be enjoyed today.

Delicatessen, grilled meats and raclettes, poultry, fish, fondues, aperitifs
Serve between 12 and 14 °.
